If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Digital Products

MyFileKit provides digital services (CV/Resume Building). Since these are instant digital services:

• We generally do not offer refunds once the service has been delivered (i.e., the PDF has been generated).
• However, if you faced a technical error where money was deducted but the Resume was NOT generated, please contact us immediately.
• In case of technical failures, we will process a full refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
